Für eine Festanstellung bei unserem Kunden im Raum Zürich suchen wir einen Kundenberater (m/w/d) - Karten Services 24/7 In dieser Funktion bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für Kunden , wenn es rund um ihre Karten und digitalen Zahlungsmöglichkeiten besonders schnell gehen muss. Du berätst Kund telefonisch, löst Anliegen rund um Kartensperrungen, Ersatzkarten, Limiten und PIN-Codes und unterstützt sie insbesondere in Notfallsituationen wie Kartenverlust oder Betrugsverdacht.
