About the role
Das Institut Menzingen beschäftigt rund 140 Mitarbeitende und führt im Auftrag der Schwestern vom Heiligen Kreuz deren operativen Geschäfte. Dazu zählen das Pflegeheim St. Franziskus mit 87 Pflegebetten und einem ganzheitlichen Gesundheitsangebot, die Betreuung der Schwesternwohngemeinschaften in der Schweiz, die Erhaltung des Klosterhofs mit dem Kirchentrakt, einem neu entstehenden Bistro sowie Wohn- und Gewerberaum.
