For our VI Loft, we’re looking for a working student in office management to help keep our office and location organized, welcoming, and ready to use. Depending on upcoming events, you’ll also support event preparation and on-site execution. Working hours are flexible on weekdays, and we accommodate lecture schedules and exam periods.
What you will do:

Keep the office and VI Loft in great shape: Make sure everything is organized, tidy, and ready to use (basics, small to-dos, follow-ups).

Run errands and handle small organizational tasks: Take care of supplies, shopping, coordination, and other practical day-to-day topics.

Support events: Help with preparation and coordination (checklists, schedules) and pitch in on-site during events.
