About the role
Als Planner werk je in Utrecht aan een efficiënte dagelijkse organisatie. Je houdt overzicht, schakelt snel en zorgt dat monteurs en klanten weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Monteurs aansturen en hun werkzaamheden coördineren; Dag- en weekplanningen maken; Klantcontact onderhouden en de service bewaken; Omschakelen bij storingen en noodgevallen; De planning continu optimaliseren.
