Job Description

My client, a luxury property in Hertfordshire, is currently looking for a Sous Chef to join their team.

Hours: 40 hours per week 50k per annum

Shifts & Days: Rostered based on business demand. Some days may require only 2–3 hours rather than a full 8-hour shift due to the nature of a new business.

Requirements: The ideal candidate must have strong bakery skills and be capable of running the kitchen independently in the abcense of the Head Chef

This Company has a great reputation for the quality of its food and warm hospitality. The ever changing menu uses seasonal and locally sourced ingredients and so the successful candidate will have solid experience working with fresh ingredients.

The Sous Chef has a salary of £50,000

40 hours per week.

Live in is available on a short term basis,
