We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team in a nursing home located in Wellingborough. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate and high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their well-being in a comfortable and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on patient care to residents, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond effectively to any changes in health.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure care plans are followed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all regulatory requirements.
• Provide support and guidance to junior nursing staff and other team members.

Requirements:

• Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in a nursing home or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to provide high-quality care under pressure.

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate of £19 – £21 per hour, depending on experience.
• Full-time position with day shifts (36 hours per week) or day shifts (42 hours per week).
