Operations Executive

Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth coordination across teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a passion for improving operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitor workflows and assist in process improvements.
  • Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives.
  • Track project progress and follow up on action items.
  • Assist in preparing operational reports and performance metrics.
  • Support vendor, client, and stakeholder communications.
  • Identify operational challenges and recommend solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in operations, administration, coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
