About the role
Avery is a Hiring Intelligence Engine - AI agents that source, screen, and schedule, on a system that gets smarter with every hire. Early-stage, Amsterdam, real paying customers. You'll build Avery's core - the app and the agents that source, screen, and schedule - from idea to production.
Tasks
- Build across the stack, from agent logic to UI
- Ship and iterate on the core product surfaces
- Own features end to end, real users on the other side
Requirements
- A strong generalist engineer who ships
- Comfortable with ambiguity and speed
- Curious about applied AI and agent systems
