Waiter/Waitress Duties

• Upsell additional items such as appetisers, desserts, or drinks to enhance the dining experience.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that all orders are correct and presented beautifully.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Leave a lasting impression of excellence to every table
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for incoming guests.
