<p><strong>As a Paid Media Manager – Marketplaces (Amazon), you’ll:</strong></p>

<li>Develop and execute marketplace-specific paid search strategies (e.g., Amazon Sponsored Ads).</li>
<li>Conduct in-depth keyword research and utilise advanced bidding strategies to maximise ROI.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Marketplace and Content teams to optimise product listings for greater ad relevance.</li>
<li>Monitor and refine budgets, ad copy, and targeting to meet ACOS/TACOS targets and revenue goals.</li>
<li>Analyse performance data and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.</li>
<li>Mentor junior colleagues and share insights across the Paid Media team.</li>

<p><strong>What skills and experience do I need for this role?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience with paid search, including 2 years focused on marketplaces.</li>
<li>Proven proficiency with tools like Amazon Advertising Console, Helium 10, and Pacvue.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills, including budgeting and reporting on metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, and conversion rates.</li>
<li>Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge for data manipulation and analysis.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills to effectively share insights and strategies.</li>
<li>Demonstrable leadership or mentoring experience within a team setting.</li>
<li>Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.</li>
