Developer of Electric Drives in the Applications & Products – Aerospace division (m/f/d)

To support our team at a renowned customer in the aerospace sector, we are looking for a Developer of electric drives in the Applications & Products – Aerospace division (m/f/d) in a permanent position at K-tronik as soon as possible. Tasks:

  • Collaboration on pre-development and development projects in the field of electric drive systems – Planning and coordination of development tasks in close coordination with the project team – Carrying out requirements engineering, taking into account aviation-specific development processes – Design, simulation and documentation of complex electric drive systems – Independent commissioning, validation and optimization of electric drive systems including technical documentation – Supporting project implementation while adhering to deadlines, costs and quality specifications – Close technical cooperation and coordination with manufacturers and suppliers of electronic hardware – Technical support for the development of electric drive systems throughout the entire development cycle

Skills:

  • Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, control engineering, embedded systems, drive technology, aerospace engineering or a comparable field of study – Sound knowledge of simulation tools, ideally MATLAB/Simulink – Experience in requirements engineering and the use of requirements management tools – Experience in working on international development projects – Knowledge of commissioning, instrumentation, fault analysis and debugging of complex electrical systems – Experience in the development, integration or validation of electrical drive systems – Very good written and spoken German and English skills Another plus is: – Knowledge of working with Complex COTS components such as microcontrollers (µC), microprocessors (µP), DSPs, PLDs or FPGAs – Experience with standardized development processes in aviation (e.g. DO-178, DO-254, ARP4754)
